Padmal De Silva

Padmal de Silva is Senior Lecturer in Psychology at the Institute of Psychiatry, University of London, and Consultant Clinical Psychologist for the South London and Maudsley National Health Service Trust. He is also Senior Clinical Tutor to the Clinical Psychology Doctoral Training Programme at the Institute of Psychiatry. His clinical and research interests include: anxiety disorders, sexual and marital problems, and eating disorders. He has published many papers in these areas, and he is the co-author, with S. J. Rachman, of Obsessive - Compulsive Disorder - The Facts (1992, 1998) and Panic Disorder - The Facts (1996), both published by Oxford University Press. He is a Fellow of the British Psychological Society.
